Why isn't the Artist=Victor, 2nd Artist=Magaldi for this song? The orchestra is Victor, isn't it?

Hi Kuro, because Magaldi is the main artist on this recording.
Main and 2nd Artists does not always mean respectively orchestra and singer. Sometimes the singer is the main one. By the way, you can see there is a 'Dir' in front of the 2nd artist, which stand for 'directed by / director'. If you use the short versions of the aliases in TangoLink, these details may be hidden be careful ;-)
