Lyrics
Barrio de tango by Homero Manzi (1942)

Robert-Andrei Botezat

Hi,

Is this song truly a classic of traditional milongas? I think the Troilo's version should be a classic, if this is a classic at all!
Also, may you please check all of the songs in your database that are classics of traditional milongas? There are songs, for example, in my opinion, of course, I may be wrong, that's why I ask you kindly to check if it's correct, that should be considered eternal hits of traditional milongas. For example, 'Dime mi amor' By D'Arienzo / Maure and 'Humillacion' as well. Some more milongas, from D'Arienzo and especially Di Sarli with 'La mulateada', I think. I don't know, I may be wrong, but please, I need you to write to me to explain, I am curious to learn. Thank you very much! :)

Have an amazing week!

Hi Robert!
I guess you are talking about the tag. Tags are additional indications, added from time to time. Especially this one is a bit subjective. In other word there are plenty classics not yet having this tag. In the same logic, many recordings still miss their lyrics, or any other data. Some recordings have no tag at all. By the way I will add dime mi amor :-)
Best Regards,
